White Dextrin is a kind of Dextrin. It is white powder and easily soluble in water. It comes from the decomposition and hydrolysis of starch under the action of heating, acid or amylase. It first converts the starch of large source molecules into the intermediate substances of small molecules. The intermediate small molecule substances are called dextrins, which have strong viscosity when dissolved in water. When starch raw materials are cooking, starch molecules are decomposed by heat to produce dextrins.
Preparation method:
starch pretreatment → drying → heat treatment → cooling → finished product (dextrin)
(1) The reaction temperature of white dextrin is lower, and the colored products are less.
(2) Xanthodextrin is a high conversion product at low pH and high temperature.

Resistant dextrin is a kind of white or light yellow powder or light yellow liquid, with slightly sweet taste, low viscosity and no other odor, and good water-solubility with a pH of 4.0-6.0
