Low odor urea formaldehyde resin particleboard glue powder

The Particleboard Glue Powder is a single component powder adhesive, which has excellent properties such as water resistance, mildew resistance, yellowing resistance, strong adhesion, anti-aging, cold or hot pressing, deformation resistance, convenient use, and long storage period (please wear gloves before use because of its good viscosity and difficult cleaning).

Urea Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive are widely used in industry as binders for the production of bonded wood products, particularly particle board, plywood, and various fibreboards.

Urea formaldehyde resin offers properties such as high tensile strength, flexural modulus, scratch resistance, high heat distortion temperature, low water absorption, mold shrinkage, high surface hardness, elongation at break, and volume resistance urea formaldehyde resins are used as adhesives in various end-use industries.

Usage:

Deployment ratio: Pure powder   water   powder

Gelatinized amount: Generally 160-180g / ㎡ (single surface), depending on the material and smoothness of the board surface

Wood moisture: Best 8-10% ± ≤ 2%

Hot pressing temperature: 80-120℃ 

Hot pressing pressure: 8-16Kg/C㎡

Hot pressing time: 1min / mm board thickness

Powder appearance: White powdery

The synthetic resins market has huge application scope and demand but its structural adjustment is urgently needed. The low-grade and poor-performance liquid adhesive will be eliminated, so we should vigorously develop powdery synthetic resins.

It can be used for splicing after adding curing agent (or hot pressing), assembling general material, veneering, wood-based panel manufacturing, wood door, bending wood, MDF, particleboard bonding etc.
